Berit Schneidereit (*1988, Frankfurt am Main) moves with her work between a conceptual interest in photography and its relationship to space. Using various forms of light-based image creation, she reflects and filters the medium and develops hybrid forms of photographic imprint.

With her work, Schneidereit raises the question of the relationship (also media-related) between visibility and invisibility and illustrates how the visual media available today insert themselves between our eyes and the world.
