The publication “fecit“ comprises 24 photographs taken by Axel Hütte (*1951) on his journeys across the continents of Europe, Australia and South America.
The photographs show sectional views of near and distant landscapes, each one a concentrated representation of a single motif, often filling the entire format of the picture. Plants, reflections in water, bridges – these are the themes of Axel Hütte's photographs.
A text by Guido de Werd serves as an introduction into the subject of the publication and Roland Mönig's essay discusses Hütte's bridge photographs.
