Madeleine Boschan's ‘It's just a kiss away’ is an exhibition catalogue.
In dynamically cut blow-ups, it provides an insight into the exhibition presented at Galerie Bernd Kugler, Innsbruck, in 2022.

Her unique edition ‘My very life today’, developed especially for the catalogue, makes direct reference in colour, form and dynamics to the group of sculptures created in 2022. The monochrome, radiant yellow is subtly refracted in the surface structure of the 10 unique silk screen prints on watercolour cardboard, which have been reduced to the essentials and cut by hand. The colour is thus not just a mere surface, but opens up a floating and light colour-space dialogue. Outstanding for its lightness and directness, the entire series 1-10 spans a dynamic arc, but even as a single sheet, the towering, multidirectional colour form stands firmly anchored and eccentric in itself. Madeleine Boschan's ‘My very life today’ gives us the opportunity to reposition ourselves again and again with her work.
