David Rabinowitch – Church Drawings
The work of the sculptor David Rabinowitch (*1943) is focused of the reflection of perception. His drawings as well as his sculptures are not about the representation of visual experiences, but rather about the fundamental experience of seeing as a constructive process.
The Kemp Collection comprises a number of different works by Rabinowitch. The exhibition focuses on 270 drawings after Romanesque churches made during the 1970s in Cologne.
